SEE4D Version 3.0

The SMTP/POP3 Email Engine for Delphi (SEE4D) consists of a Win16 DLL
and a Win32 DLL that allows any Delphi or VBA program to send and
receive email over any TCP/IP network (such as the Internet), including
quoted-printable and BASE-64 MIME attachments.
